Buffalo Cauliflower Bites: In a pan add our Caribbean sauce, a nub of butter, a tea spoon of Honey then cook until boil. Toss your cauliflower florets in your now Buffalo sauce & bake in the oven until crispy. Serve with celery sticks & blue cheese dressing.
Caribbean Chicken: Brush your chicken with our Caribbean sauce, then bake your chicken in the oven. Serve with rice & beans, Fried plantains.
Caribbean Fish Stew: In a pan add chunks fish, bell pepper, bay leaf & our Caribbean sauce. Cook the stew slowly. Serve with rice.
