With a background in gourmet food and hailing from of one of the UK’s oldest and most respected publishers & working on Farmers weekly seeing the most amazing produce our journey began.
After learning my culinary skills under Mathew Wild & Adam Garady, two of the most innovative, inspirational ahead of time chefs in Australia, Chilli Brothers were inspired and found a need to create exciting new food experiences as well building a sustainable, ethical business that fed our and potential clients hunger.
Chilli Brothers were initially launched out of London artisan and farmer’s markets in 2016.
With over 25 years highly successful experience and a solid management background in product and business development specialising in retail, restaurants, catering & hospitality as well gourmet food publishing.
Noticing a gap for gourmet, artisan crafted products using the best ingredients in recyclable packaging had to be done.
Chilli Sauces/Condiments needed taking to a new level! we needed to come up with appealing, attractive, premium products packed full of flavours with a twist, at accessible prices
Our range caters for the most discerning of tastes and is made in South London with passion and total dedication to the cause!
