|A passionate family run fishmonger opened in April 2010 when prices for the fish being caught by their boat were desperately low. Driven by the demand of the surrounding area, they opened a shop in Forest Row.
Fish from boats on the south coast provide them with a bounty of Sussex seafood & t
hey source other great fish & shellfish from the surrounding UK coastline. They have won numerous awards including Best Food Shop in Sussex & National Fishmonger or the Year TWICE!
In the last few years they have expanded their operations to include an in house smokery; smoking Salmon, Cod, Haddock, Hake & much more. Last year they also completed their production kitchen which is used to produce everything from their own freshly dressed crabs to their hugely popular fishcakes.

Little Jack Horner's
|100% of their outdoor-reared, free-range pork & chicken comes from local high welfare small-holdings & farms in East Somerset.
Their pastry is a rough shortcrust – no nonsense, just flour, excellent local butter, salt & water. It’s their own recipe & is thin & light & delicate when baked off in the oven.
Everything is made by hand, with care at their Somerset bakery in Mells, 10 miles south of Bath, by their small dedicated team of local bakers.
They have been awarded Small Business 2016 & Taste of Mendip 2018 at their regional Mendip Business Awards.
Great Taste Gold Star 2015/17/18 Awards & Taste of the West 2017/18 Gold Awards for their sausage rolls, as well as being awarded the Taste of the West Savoury Bakery Champion 2017.

|We were bored of trying the same old waffles, we were born from craving a new kind of waffle.
So Killa Waffles decided to make their own.
The mission when they started, which hasn’t changed, is to bring the
people their seriously good waffles with Killa flavours. From Crispy Buttermilk nuggets to Chicken Mac Cheese, their savoury waffle cones are just to die for.
Each item on their menu is an original masterpiece which they have trialled & developed.
All their ingredients, including their meat & veg are organic!
|In 2008 Brendan had enough international travel & decided to leave the corporate world to focus on a more local life & working together with Lorna they opened the farm to visitors. The beauty of their farm & the power of word of mouth recommendations from visitors saw the awareness of their work increase each year & visitors started to come from all over the world. In 2010 a new opportunity
arose. Brendan & Lorna bought a dilapidated plant nursery in Epsom that sits on 12 acres of land overlooking Central London. It was in a really terrible condition & after nearly 4 years of painful work the land was cleared of rubbish, the orchard was nurtured back to life & property buildings were renovated.
The beautiful new Mayfield shop & coffee bar in Epsom is the home of Mayfield Lavender during the farm’s off-peak times & is open throughout the year.
It’s packed full of their best selling lavender goods, new product lines, English wines, gift ideas, home range & more. The coffee bar offers hot drinks, sandwiches & delicious locally baked cakes.
